Once burdened by severe PTSD, anxiety, I found solace in the healing power of sound...

Through sound healing, vocalizing, movement, silence, and techniques to calm the nervous system, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing and unlocked the innate ability of my body, mind and soul to heal itself.

Today, I am filled with joy and gratitude for the healing journey that has led me to a place of happiness and fulfilment.

I create safe spaces and facilitate sessions to guide you on your paths to healing, happiness, and resilience.


My name is K.Morgan, and I warmly welcome you to my holistic healing sanctuary, where I share my transformative journey from intense struggles with PTSD, anxiety, and toxic relationships to a life filled with healing and happiness.

As someone who has personally faced and overcome these challenges, I deeply understand the significance of support, understanding, personalized care, and effective techniques. Now, my mission is to extend a healing hand to those enduring stress, toxic environments, or tumultuous relationships, guiding them towards tranquillity and empowerment through private sessions designed to help to relax, soothe emotions, and activate the body's innate self-healing mechanisms by working with the parasympathetic nervous system.

In addition to my private sessions, I create soothing, calming videos that serve as gentle companions on the path to well-being. These videos are designed as calming tools to complement our sessions, fostering a serene atmosphere and aiding in the activation of self-healing processes.

Drawing from my background as a former vocalist, now a holistic wellness practitioner and sound healing artist, I merge my passion for sound with my dedication to holistic well-being. Within my sessions, I offer a unique fusion of healing modalities, including sound healing, stress relief movement, and personalized self-care routines, all meticulously crafted to support the activation of the body's self-healing capabilities.

My own journey from trauma to triumph serves as a guiding light, inspiring others to overcome their own obstacles and embrace lives filled with joy and fulfillment. Together, we embark on a transformative journey towards inner peace, empowerment, and holistic wellness, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit towards a brighter, more vibrant existence.

Sound Healing is a gentle, yet powerful experience for the mind and body. It is the intentional use of sound to create an environment which becomes a catalyst for healing in the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual aspects of our being. To be healed is simply to become whole and reconnect with your true essence of self.

Kay will guide you through a sound bath session using a variety of instruments including rain stick, ocean drum, wind chimes, meditation chimes & Crystal Singing bowls. Kay will also use her voice and humming as a gateway to the heart to raise vibrations and promote feeling of calm, safety and healing.


K.Morgan has been practising Sound Healing for several years online and as well as running regular Sound Healing Group Sessions to promote personal health and wellbeing.
